Stir Fry Sauces

½ cup of soy sauce
¼ cup of rice vinegar
½ cup of water
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of cornstarch

Mix ingredients together till cornstarch is dissolved.
After stir-fry vegetables are all cooked pour sauce into the stir-fry and cook till mixture thickens 1-2 minutes. Then serve.

1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons sesame oil (optional)
Sprinkle of sesame seeds

After stir-fry vegetables are all cooked pour sauce into the the stir-fry and cook till mixture thickens 1-2 minutes. Then serve.
